PDF opening blank on ios

If I save a pdf on my laptop to my adobe cloud storage it won't open on my app on my phone or iPad the page is blank and I can't see any information or the edit buttons

if I go to print from the iPhone or iPad  it I can see the information though

 But if I save it on my iPad I can open it on all devices

 what am I doing wrong?

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    Our servers were experiencing outage during the time when you posted your issue over the community. Would you mind trying the same workflow now and let us know if the issue persists?

     

    If yes, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:

    1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

    2. The iOS version of your device;

    3. A sample file where you experience the issue;

    4. A screenshot of what you see when trying the first workflow.

     

    Also, once you saved using your laptop, would you mind logging in to https://adobe.ly/49r8YNy and try opening the file there to see if it opens fine?
