Hi,

I forgot to ask if this problem was happening before or did it started happening after updates were applied in your mobile device.

Is this happening with just that PDF file or with every PDF document you open in your device?

And have you tried yet to uninstall and reinstall the Acrobat Reader mobile app?

Can you compare if opening this file in another device with AndroidOS, for example, would behave in the same way?

Also, if you have a paid subscription with Acrobat Pro, can you check what program was used to create that PDF file?

Sometimes if  a document was created in MS Word and had any templates or macros it could be affecting the way the document structure is displayed when opened with other apps. This sometimes happens depending on which tools were used to export the source file to PDF.

One suggestion that seemed to work for other users before is to export to MS Word and convert back to PDF, for example.
