PDF portfolio files not able to open from Android Samsung Outlook.

We have pdf portfolio sending thorugh email , we are using Samsung Android phones with outlook app not able to open, we have default app is pdf still getting error " The Document cannot open be opened because it is courrupted or damaged" same file I can open basic DC reader on my laptop.

@pavan_2004 Unfornateltly, it isn't you but AWS is down right now. Since AWS is down and the file is hosted or linked externally it is likely failing. Gotta be patient. It's been down since 2am PST

This is not related anything AWS this is happening since long time . From iPhone is also same issues. I have attached message file how it looks iPhone and Android phones.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Try with a different PDF file and check. It seems like the PDF portfolio contains the dynamic PDF XFA/XML architecture fies, which can only be opened via Acrobat/Reader desktop application.

Please try to open the affected PDF file via Acrobat/Reader desktop application and see if that works.
