PDF problem on free adobe reader

Question

hi therei use an iPad with latest iOS update and free adobe reader up to date.the pdf files I use when you press the back button doesn’t always automatically save changes ( so I lose all the information)sometimes says its a read only document and asks me if I want to make a copyThe pdf doesn’t  always attach to an email.been using it for approx 3 years with no issues whatsoever.help please

Our company has used this app for a few years now to complete our customer receipt/work tickets. Our Techs email a flattened copy to the customer and the office. however with the latest update of IOS it gives us issues like deleting the whole ticket before sending
