pdf's combined in wrong order

When I  save files to a folder they are given a generic name and number,  i.e, page, page1, page2, page3, page4, page5. When combining, Adobe lists them as page1,page2, to page. I move page to the front of the list, page, page1, page2 to page 5, but when combined they are not in that order and I have to manually edit it .

How can I  fix this problem please?
