Pdf says wrong password

When I open a pdf and try and pay my bill it keeps asking for a password anything I've tried it says wrong password but I'm unsure what the password is even for but I can't pay my bill without this password

Such password protected e-bills generally have the automated password set by the creator or their automated system. Check the email and see if there's any suggestion or pattern shared by the sender or company whose bill you want to pay.

Else you need to contact their customer support for further guidance.
