PDF shown as corrupted or damaged

Hello,


I tried to open a file but it always shows that it is either corrupted or damaged. But the sender insisted and made sure that the PDF is not corrupted or damaged. I really need to open this file. And the PDF is downloaded too. Tried to open it with the Adobe Reader Acrobat app (latest version, Android 10).
