Hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand you want to sign a secured document.

If the secured document you are referring to is sent to you for signature through Adobe Sign, you can install the same application on your device, log in with the credentials on which the document is sent to, sign the document and it would be shared back automatically to the original sender.
