Pdf thumbnail

Hi I can't see pdf thumbnail on whatsapp on mobile...which shows earlier suddenly disappeared 

 

Pls suggest how to activate it

    We have tested by removing the Reader mobile app from mobile and still, Whatsapp is not showing the thumbnail/preview. This could be an issue with the Whatsapp application.
