PDF with markups over written by older OneDrive version of document

Hello, 

 

I am trying to recover a marked up version of a PDF (<1mb). 

 

I just opened the PDF and the markups were present. Shortly after, all the markups disappear and the document reverted to the unmaked version that was on OneDrive. This was the first time I opned the app while connected to wifi since the markups were made. 

 

I am hoping to acceess a cached version of this markup as it has critical markups on it.

As per the issue description, you are getting an unmarked PDF even if you have marked it before. Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

  1.  Is it happening with only one PDF or with other PDFs too?
  2. Have you checked it on https://acrobat.adobe.com 
  3. Have you made sure that you saved the file after marking?
