Did you mean to ask how to view PDFs in the Acrobat Mobile App? or How to attach a PDF to an email message using the Microsoft Outlook app?

Microsoft Outlook is an email client, not a PDF reader/viewer.

If that woukd be the case, the Outlook mobile app may not have the same email attachment preview features as the full desktop version.

In any case, as suggested by S S. please be more specific about your issue.
