pdfs blank when open from document cloud

My Adobe app on my iPad will not open any pdfs from my document cloud -- it shows a preview but they are all blank. If I navigate to the document cloud website I can open them just fine.

    Hey Danielles,

     

    Seems you didn't receive the response shared earlier.

    Are you still facing the same issue, or managed to find the resolution? As per the description given above, Document Cloud pdfs are not opening on iPad only, but the same pdfs are working fine on web?

     

    Try the following steps to see if that helps-

    1- Sign Out and Sign In into the app.

    2- Install update of the apllication. Locate, app within AppStore and see if there's any pending update.

    3- Reboot app
