PDFs opening as read only on iPad.

Question

I was emailed several templates by my boss for editing on a case by case basis. When I open the template on my PCin Acrobat, I'm able to edit it just fine. However when I open it with Acrobat on my iPad or iPhone it says it is read only. I am paying for the premium subscription so I should be allowed to do this.

Please help, it would be annoying if I had to switch to a third party app for something so simple.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the experience!

From the screenshot and the description, I understand that some permission issues with the file prevent the mobile version of Acrobat from getting to the selected mode.

Would you mind sharing the file with me over a private message to investigate further?
