Pdfs synchronise between devices

Hi there

I'm using Adobe for my Samsung phone and just recently I've been using my new Samsung tablet.

How can I synchronise the Adobe files between the devices? So as to whatever I open on my phone appears on my tablet device.

Save the documents in the Adobe Document Cloud and you can access the files on different devices.
