Pending problem

I want to download the file and I chose Adobe as my preference rather than Word nor Canva. But it seems that I cant open the file. It states "pending" But now it almost 3 days of me waiting it to open.  Ive tried sign out, sign in and reboot my device and failed. What should i do. Helpp my test is comingg
