    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

     

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid plan. If you may have used a different Adobe ID for the purchase of the plan, please logout of the application, reboot the device and relogin with the correct Adobe ID and check if that works.
