@yose_2706 I totally feel for you as a customer. I can absolutely hear the frustration and disappointment in your message, and it's completely understandable why you feel misled. When something is advertised as a "7-day FREE trial," the expectation is clear: no charges during that period. To then see a charge appear on your statement is not just annoying, it feels like a broken promise, and it's enough to make anyone back away from the offer entirely. You're right to feel this way; a free trial should be just that – free.

While the trial is advertised as "free," many companies, including Adobe, require you to enter payment details upfront. The terms usually state that if you do not cancel before the 7-day trial period ends, your paid subscription will automatically begin, and your card will be charged. It's possible that the charge you're seeing is because the trial period has already elapsed, even if you intended to cancel. This is a reason why I no longer do trial versions. Unless you cancel three or four days ahead, and if you forget to cancel, you are on the hook!

To ensure you don't keep paying for something you don't want, you should. Cancel the subscription immediately through your Adobe account online, adobe.com — you should receive an email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled. This email will usually state the date of cancellation, the subscription plan that was cancelled, and when your access to the paid features will end. Or you might be given a confirmation number or transaction ID right on the screen. It's a good idea to screenshot this page if you see it, in addition to looking for the email. Double check your email (including spam/junk folders) and your Adobe account history for this confirmation.

If you go to your adobe.com account, under "Plans" or "Manage Plan") should update to reflect the cancellation status. It might show the plan as "Cancelled" or indicate the end date of your service. This can also serve as proof as well.

To check if you indeed can get a refund, check this page for refunds, you may or may not be entitled to any at all:
