He rechazado el acceso a la cámara y ahora no encuentro el modo de dar permiso.

Could you confirm the mobile device that you are using?

For iOS you may go to the-

Settings > Adobe Acrobat > "Allow Adobe Acrobat To Access" > Camera

For Android-

Settings > Apps>Adobe Acrobat>Permission>Allow Camera
