Personal e-signature unavailable.

Question

Hi all,

For the past 4-5 years, I have been using a personal e-signature. A couple of weeks ago, that signature was suddenly no longer available and instead I am forced to use a stylised version of my name as signature, but I prefer continuing using my own signature. Does anyone know how I can get it back? If so, please advise.

You may also add an image as your signature or initials. To add an existing image, tap the image icon from the top menu. To take a new picture to be added as your signature, tap the camera icon and follow through with the workflow.

@Nsoki It sounds like Adobe Reader Mobile might have had an update or a glitch that caused your saved signature to be removed. To try and get your personal e-signature back, the first thing to do is to check the app's settings for any options related to signatures. Look for sections like "Fill & Sign" or "Signatures." Within those settings, there might be a way to re-add your signature, either by uploading an image of it or by drawing it again. If you don't see an option to re-upload your previous signature, try creating a new one by drawing it carefully. While it might not be exactly the same as your saved one, it will allow you to use your actual signature instead of the stylized name.
