Phone & computer not syncing

If the work you’re doing on Adobe Acrobat on your computer isn’t showing up on your phone, it’s likely due to a syncing issue. Please check a few things :

1. Make sure you're logged into both your desktop and mobile apps with the same Adobe account. Syncing only works when both devices are connected to the same account.

2.  Ensure the file you're working on is saved to Adobe Document Cloud and not just locally on your desktop.
3. Please check that both your computer and phone are connected to a stable internet connection.

4. On your desktop app, check if the document has finished syncing. If it's still syncing or paused, it won’t show up on mobile yet.
