Dear Adobe Support Team,I’m reaching out because I’m currently experiencing financial difficulties this month and unfortunately, I’m unable to afford my Adobe subscription.

 

Also, even though I paid, there are only a few days left on my subscription. I wonder if there is a problem with the subscription process.

 

I understand that Adobe has a standard refund policy, but I was hoping there might be an exception in my case.

If possible, I would really appreciate a refund for this month’s charge, or at least a cancellation of the current billing cycle.

 

I truly value Adobe’s services and plan to return as a customer once my situation improves.

@authentic_life2940 if there are only a few days left with your subscription, let it roll out. Sorry to hear your circumstances I hope things get better. To confirm that you are canclling, use this link to make sure you don't get charge for a renewal...

Hi! Respected Adobe team,

I want to cancel my subscription of Adobe Illustrator. Please give me a request form for it. Reply Asap please. I don't have more budget I want to cancel it.
