Plano anual pela loja samsung não funciona

Comprei o plano anual na loja da Samsung Galaxy, porém no aplicativo consta que tenho que comprar, não entra nas funções que comprei e paguei, decepção total !!!

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the issue you're experiencing.

 

Could you please try to switch the network on your device? 

If you're using your Wi-Fi, please switch to cellular data and check if it works. 

 

Are you logging in with your Adobe ID? Kindly try to sign out and sign back in using the same email ID as your Google play store is logged in with.

 

Also, Try to restore your purchase with the help of this article: -
