Please help! Adobe not opening latest IOS

Hi
After I have updated my IOS my adobe acrobate is needs be updated. My ios version 14.6 the developer if this app needs to update it to work with this version of ios. What to do now? My all files are saved here

Just to confirm, is it working now with the latest iOS updates being rolled out? Let us know if you are still getting the error so that we can check on it further.
