PLEASE HELP! Cant upload pdf, error corrupted file...

Please help! I cannot upload a pdf paperwork form that I urgently need to fill out and return on a 401k app on my Samsung 24 Ultra phone. Recieve pop up error: file is corrupted. How can I access this? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile. 

     

     Do you see this with every file you try to use? If yes, would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

    1. The app version of Acrobat you sue (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

    2. The Android OS version of your device;

    3. A screen recording video of the event for better understanding.

    4. A sample file where you experience the issue.
