Please, how come I was charged a yearly subscription for Adobe Acrobat sign and edit but I'm not able to edit my pdf?

I was charged for the Adobe acrobat sign and edit. However, I tried editing my pdf, but the app says I have to subscribe first.

I already have 1 year subscription that is supposed to end November 2026. I have cancelled the subscription, but I already paid for the 1year. Am I not supposed to still have access to use the product until November? Please look into this.

    And it seems I'm not the only one experiencing this. Please if you can't rectify this, kindly refund my money. I didn't even intentionally subscribe to it, the money was just taken from my account. Now they won't even let me use the tool that I was forced to pay for.

    You are not seeing an active plan because I already cancelled the subscription but that doesn't take away the fact that I've already paid for a year. Please refer to the attached screenshots as proof and rectify this ASAP.
