Pls refund for my trial plan (cancel within 1day)

Question

I signup on 30Nov22 as it stated monthly plan have free trial for 7days. However it charge full amount SGD14.9 on 1Dec22, I immediate cancel the subscription via apple ID but no refund was make to my credit card. Your statement is so misleading, different from other app. Pls refund to order ID: MK5WXVLXVM, thank you.

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest contacting the store where you purchased the subscription.
