PNG or PDF to VECTOR

A PNG is a pixel file which does not convert to vector (easily). A PDF file may be a vector file. It is basically an electronic print, so whatever the creating program did send to the PDF distiller constitutes the PDF file.

Whatever you want to do, to find a solution, you need to describe your issue better. It is, however, not an issue for the Acrobat Reader Mobile, which is for issues with Acrobat mobile.
