Почему у меня активная подписка премиум, и я не могу пользоваться ничем? Покупаю новую ещё раз , пишет у вас уже есть. Как это?!

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any active plan/subscription. 

Please try to restore the purchase, tap on the Profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase and see if that works.

If you have used a different Adobe ID, please log out of the application, reboot the device and re-login with the correct Adobe ID and check.
