Por que me cobran adobe reader si ni tengo ningún plan activo?

Hola, cada dia 10 del mes me llega un caro de adobe de 24,19 euros, he revisado mi cuenta y no tengo ningun plan activo.

Hola, a mi me pasa exactamente igual desde hace muchísimos meses. El último cobro es el de 24,19 euros el día 9/4/26.

¿Qué tengo que hacer para que me devuelvan mi dinero de todos estos meses?
