Pourquoi Adobe acrobat reader n ouvre pas mes documents

• What happens when you try to open the PDF file? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot for a better understanding.
• Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or all the PDFs you tried to open? If the PDF file is stored on a shared network/drive, please try to download the file locally to your device first and then open and check.
