Tenia una suscripcion con una cuenta corporativa de mail, pero me fui de la empresa y por supuesto esa cuenta se dio de baja, ahora quiero hacer una nueva suscrpcion con otro mail pero no me deje diciendo que ya hay otra cuenta con una suscripcion activa. Como puedo hacer para resolver este problema?

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and below are my observations:

 

1. The Email is registered with Adobe

2. There is no active/paid plan under this Email/Adobe ID

Make sure you are logged in using the correct Adobe ID and try again to purchase the plan and see if that helps.

Hello, I have a suscription with a corporative account [P.I removed by Moderator],
but now a dont have access.
I try tu buy a new suscription with my personal mail, and the system say
thath a i have a active suscription with another account.

Thanks for reaching out. I hope you have been able to fix this issue by now.

 

If the issue persists, you’ll probably need to contact IT admin at your old company, so they can help unlink the subscription from the old account and see if that works.
