Premium feature won’t work after subscribing

Hi, i'm facing an issue with my Acrobat Reader for iphone/ipad. I just re-subscribe to acrobat premium for my ipad but i am not able to use the premium features as it always shows 'i need to subscribe in order to use the feature'

i've tried to restore the purchase and it says "1 purchase was restored" but it still doesn't work.

You also need to go to the Apple Appstore and manage your subscribed apps from there.

It is possible that your paid for subscription plan is not reflected on their end.
