Premium features failure

Paid for the premium features but it still won't let me use them. It says I need to subscribe, so I do, then it says I'm already a subscriber, but the features (ie PDF converter) still won't work. Annoyed that I spent money on this for nothing.

Same issue on my Ipad, but it is working on my Iphone 11. tried to investigate through Apple store, but only option was to request refund. I have had a subscription for over a year. I need when I need it. Adobe service Quality starting to fail?????  This is a big deal, fix your family share, fix adobe premier.
