Premium features not working

Hello I'm unable to use premium features even tho subscribed and paid for it already. I'm using  an iPhone XR. Please help!

Hi C.Johnson,

 

There was a shorterm outage of Micrcrosoft with excel files and onedrive, sharepoint platform That is fixed now. Could you confirm if you are still facing the issue.

I’m still unable to restore, none of my Microsoft apps are working!!!! Now
I can’t even send emails from excel after I have already paid my
subscription!!
