Need help with my premium features not working

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with the Acrobat Reader Mobile subscription.

 

I checked your account details with the community's registered email address and could not find any active subscription.

 

Could you share the details of your purchased subscription with me so that I can investigate further?

I had a previous account that I can't get into for some reason which I also had a monthly subscription to. I keep getting this notification even when I tried to apply again. I had to get a new phone and since I've downloaded the app again I was only able to temporarily use its features
