Premium not working

My subscription is active but my features aren't working I already contacted apple and they said it's a malfunction on you guys end

Hope you are doing well.

As mentioned that you are not able to use the premium features. Try to sign out and sign in back to your account. Do the following to restore your subscription:

  1. Tap the profile icon.
  2. Tap Subscriptions or Manage subscriptions
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
