Premium quality not activated after subscribing

Please I need urgent attention. I already subscribed for the monthly premium quality and not working keep loading and when I restarted the app I was asked to subscribe again and I tried and it keep saying error message I have already subscribed then why is it not working

  1. OS version?
  2. Make and model of your device?
  3. Could you share some relevant screenshots with us?
 
Try to sign out and sign in back to your account. Do the following to restore your subscription:
  1. Tap the profile icon.
  2. Tap Subscriptions or Manage subscriptions
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
