Premium subscription

Hello everyone I've a Adobe Premium subscription yearly and doesn't allow me to use it.

Is asking me to take a new subscription and this is not right.

How can I use my actual subscription?

Please can anyone explain why doesn't work?

To use your subscription, you have to sign in with the same email, which was used to buy the subscription. Here is a help document to view your subscription.
