Hello, I paid for the premium subscription however my account is still reflecting as 'free user' and I'm unable to edit my docs.

    Acrobat Premium subscription is made for mobile devices only, so it won’t work on a desktop. If you’d like to use premium features on your computer, you’ll need to get the Acrobat Pro subscription instead.

    hello , i have subscribed for premium still my premium subscription account on my laptop has not been activated although on my phone it is working .
