Even though I am a premium subscriber, I cannot reload my subscription. Thank you...

I’ve reviewed the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you're using on this community, but I couldn't find any active or paid subscriptions linked to it. If you happen to have used a different Adobe ID or email for the purchase, please logout of the app and re-login with the correct Adobe ID and see if that works.
