Premium Tools For Mobile User, says I’m Free User and won’t restore. Frustrating in that I paid my subscription on July 26th, 2020. Restoring won't work. Try to sign up as for trial and shows I'm already subscribed. Lastly, I even have money in my Apple ID.  Need assistance, as I can't get my work done.

Can you share a screenshot of the exact error that you're getting?

Also, what do you mean by "won’t restore" / Restoring won't work ?

Were you able to sign in with your Adobe ID in the mobile app before before and all of a sudden you got stuck with this issue?

I can think of 3 ideas:

  • Check if you need to deactivate other computer devices from https://account.adobe.com/plans/   then click on "Manage Plans" and then scroll down in that page to the "Activated devices" section. It is possible that you have more than 2 devices activated with the same subscription. Only leave activated the computer device that you're currently using.
  • On the same link above, navigate to : https://account.adobe.com/billing-history  and confirm your billing information
  • Go to the Apple store and check for new updates. status: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/adobe-acrobat-reader-for-pdf/id469337564   You should be able to see under the" Subscriptions" your in-app purchases for : In-App Purchases for:
    • Adobe PDF Converter & Editor
    • PDF Pack - Doc Creator
    • Adobe ExportPDF

My best guess, if you find discrepancies with my suggestions above, contact Adobe Customer Care directly You may use this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html
