Why does adobe say barclaycard statements are read only now won't let me print them

Hi @Melvin31868962tvo8,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with printing files on Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

If the file is created read-only by the creating organization or if any features are restricted, Acrobat Reader Mobile cannot process any editing or printing commands.

 

We would like to have a sample file to understand the issue better and reproduce it in-house for quicker investigation and resolution.
