print password protected through settings

Question

Hello,

I see that password protected items aren't able to be printed unless the viewe has the additional password to print. However, as the sender I want to be able to send a document with password protection and allow the viewer to print from my protection settings.

I've tried to change the settings to allow the viewer to print but it keeps asking the viewer for a password although I selected that the viewer can print.

Can something be done on my part so viewers can view with a password and print without a separate password?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

There are certain limitations between the desktop and mobile versions of the application. How password-protected PDFs are handled differs from Reader Mobile; you would need the password to print the file.
