Printing a pdf

I am a notary signing agent and I'm trying to print from my iPhone with the Adobe acrobat app. There's always a mix of Letter and Legal sized paper when I print out my docs. I tried doing it last night because I was told I could and it printed all letter size paper? What am I doing wrong?
