Printing at 100% scale

I am able to print my sewing patterns at 100% scale on my mobile device, but then I can't take advantage of the layers feature.  I am able to see and use the layers features on my windows PC, but then it won't print at 100% scale.  Can anyone help me?

    Hi @LINDA30929460pkup,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

     

    Working with layers on a PDF file is a feature available on the desktop version of the application and not mobile.

     

    When working on PC, do you see any error message when trying to print at 100% scale? You can go to the print dialog box and use custom scaling at 100% (screenshot attached)

    Hello,
    Thank you for contacting me. I did not get an error message, but after many hours of research, I learned that all I needed was to override the windows 11 printer driver and replace it with the driver for my Brother printer.
