Problem in cancellation of my subscription

I wanna cancel my subscription and I had to pay one month and now I did, but now I wanna cancel it. why don't you let me cancel it?????????

Roya, thanks for posting about managing your subscription; in this public discussion forum, you can use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/44hFhiU to cancel your active subscription. Please try using a different web browser if you are blocked from completing the cancellation process. ^JW
