Problem in editing PDF

I am facing problem in editing PDF only two upper lines are editable in next lines no edit text option is available.

Export to text and rich text is also not working as the export file get's corrupted.

Kindly resolve or refund.

Have you tried running OCR on the document and checking if it works?

To do so, you need to open the file-> click on More Tools-> Run OCR.
