Problem with comments

I use Adobe Acrobat on my iPad. The issue I came across is that the comments I wrote with my Apple Pencil in the PDFs often become unintelligible after I save the PDF by clicking 'Done'. An example can be seen below (Left: before; Right: after). How do I solve this problem? Thank you!
