Problem with pdf conversion

Question

I was trying to convert a file from docs to pdf a few months back. It is still in the process of conversion. Whenever I open my Adobe Acrobat, I see the blue circle rotating on the top of the file. When I try to cancel the process, I am not able to do it. Please help.

As we have tried to reproduce the issue on our end but are unable to do so, would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. Application version

2. If possible, could you share a video of the issue?

3. Try to create a PDF from a different docx file, and check if it converts fine.

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
