Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused. You might have experienced this problem because the Document Cloud services site was down.
This problem has now been rectified and you should be able to go through the Document Cloud storage.
To cross check, you may also try signing in via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent
You just need to “Sign In” using the same email registered as Adobe ID.
Let us know if it still doesn't work.
